Major advantages of building with prefabricated elements are that the dimensions are extremely accurate and the construction process is controllable, which ensures that costs can be clearly estimated in advance. In addition to our specialization in building with various prefabricated construction systems, Pro Vastgoedontwikkeling specializes in the realization of housing projects from prefabricated steel elements, better known as steel frame construction.
