On July 1, 2025, the 24 energy-efficient studios of the Woonvilla Zutphen will be officially handed over to the new residents. As delegated developer, Pro Vastgoedontwikkeling is proud to look back on a smooth construction process in which speed, quality and sustainability were key factors. A word of thanks to our partners AKOR, M-frame and B+O Architectuur en Stedenbouw cannot of course be missing here.

From his company Overgelder Vastgoedontwikkeling, Patrick Hafkamp (left) had been involved in Woonstaete's projects as delegated developer for many years. Because the always pleasant cooperation and close involvement pleased both parties, it was decided - as shown in the photo below - to transfer all activities to the new company: Pro Vastgoedontwikkeling.

Pro Vastgoedontwikkeling is a new company, but based on over 25 years of experience in area development, property development and transforming buildings to other uses. We have learned to distinguish ourselves by building with prefabricated (steel) elements and by working from passion, creativity and commitment.
