The redevelopment is a careful process in which coordination, trust and a well-considered urban planning approach are central. The fact that the project has now also been included in the municipal publication Building for Tomorrow confirms the social and spatial importance of this location.
For us, this is a good example of how inner-village area development works in practice: with short lines of communication, shared interests and a clear common direction. Participation with local residents has started, and the urban development plan is currently being further elaborated. Expected realization is in 2026.
