The Residential Villa Zutphen was realized in steel frame construction, a proven sustainable and prefabricated construction system. This modular and lightweight construction method not only allowed us to build faster, but also with a significantly lower environmental impact. Even the National Environmental Database now confirms the environmental advantages of steel frame construction over traditional timber construction, including lower CO₂ emissions and a longer lifespan.
During the viewing day recently organized by our sister companies WBS Real Estate and Woonstaete, future residents - together with family and friends - were given the opportunity to view their new home. The positive reactions not only confirm that there is a great need for compact, comfortable and affordable housing for starters and young professionals. It is also truly the icing on the cake for us in terms of our hard and dedicated construction work over the past few months.
Construction is nearly complete; completion of the surrounding site is underway. With this comes another high-quality (and prefabricated!) residential solution.
