The plans focus on the realization of approximately 64 homes in the village, with a mix of rental and for-sale. From our role as delegated developer, we explained the design of the plan, construction logistics and the use of steel frame construction as a prefabricated construction method.
The turnout was great and the conversations with local residents and interested parties were valuable. Many substantive questions were asked about incorporation, construction time and phasing - topics in which we would like to clarify.
This information evening was an important step in creating support and transparency around the future development. We look forward to the follow-up.
