On Nijverheidsweg in Aalten, together with Woonstaete and the municipality, we are transforming an existing retail and business location into a sustainable residential neighborhood with 64 houses and apartments. The plan provides a mix of housing types for starters, families and seniors, with great attention to the spatial integration and quality of the living environment.

On behalf of Pro Vastgoedontwikkeling On May 14, we attended the information evening in Aalten, where we, together with the municipality and B+O architects, provided an explanation of the spatial and construction principles of the proposed housing development.

On July 1, 2025, the 24 energy-efficient studios of the Woonvilla Zutphen will be officially handed over to the new residents. As delegated developer, Pro Vastgoedontwikkeling is proud to look back on a smooth construction process in which speed, quality and sustainability were key factors.
