In the beautiful surroundings along the river IJssel, between nature, farmlands and market gardens, Woonstaete is working with the municipality of Zutphen and other developers on the expansion of 'De Hoven'. This large-scale project provides for the construction of 600+ homes, in which Woonstaete may make a wonderful contribution with the realization of 50+ homes. The plan area is located in De Hoven Noord, an area where the municipality of Zutphen has developed various visions and plans in recent years. These visions have been compiled into a master plan, followed by an urban development plan, which is currently being prepared by the municipality. An important part of the process is citizen participation, in which residents are involved in formulating requirements and preconditions. Because Woonstaete is able to realize both different types of residential villas and various ground-level homes, we are able to play both a flexible and fast operating role in this ambitious project. In this way Woonstaete is ensuring a varied range that meets the wishes of both future residents and the municipality.
