Sittard-Geleen is the northernmost municipality of the South Limburg region. New housing estate De Haese is located along the Rijkswegboulevard that connects the centers of Sittard and Geleen. Via the A2 motorway and the A76 motorway are a short distance away. Public transportation is also well arranged around the new housing estate. The bus station is a 3-minute walk away. This is where Woonstaete realized its very first project: 2 beautiful, luxuriously finished Residential Villas commissioned by a private investor. Construction began in late 2018, the very first Woonstaete Woonvilla stood in the spring of 2019, and the entire project here was completed in early June. The very first Woonstaete project in the Netherlands, with a result to be proud of.
