Meppel is a municipality and city in the extreme southwest of the province of Drenthe. The site behind the Gas Factory in located in a redeveloped area on the Gasgracht and on the edge of the city center. Commissioned by a private investor, construction of two luxury Woonstaete Residential Villas began there in the fall of 2020. In March 2021, the first of the two Residential Villas was completed here. A picture, with the same basis as the Woon Villas in Hoofddorp and Sittard-Geleen, but at the same time with a completely different look. In May 2021, the complete project in Meppel was delivered.
