Gerard studied structural engineering. After his studies, he held several project management positions with various companies, including Akzo engineering, and residential construction companies, throughout the Netherlands. In 2010, Gerard founded his own company 1-Wave; a construction management and conceptual work company. From its inception in 2015, he has been working with WS Groep; here he deals with the construction development of the various concepts, procurement and the supervision and management of the contractor on construction.
Gerard is active with music in his free time, he is a bass player, enjoys theater, visits the gym, plays tennis and golf, enjoys traveling and loves to read. In addition, he is a true family man.
