After this great period, he started working as a real estate advisor at AC-Niellsen Limited, where he was responsible for leasing existing real estate portfolios. From the position at AC-Nielsen Limited, Pieter came in contact with the founders of WeHaveAnySpace (an online platform for supply and demand in offices), where he started working as a Senior real estate advisor, responsible for Rental of offices in the Greater Amsterdam area.
Pieter joined Spring Real Estate Amsterdam in December 2019 as Senior Real Estate Advisor, where he has been responsible for Aanhuur & Verhuur in the Amsterdam real estate team. At the end of 2023, he started in the family business and it was jointly decided to further expand and develop the various enterprises into a successful formula in the real estate market. The enterprises currently under the family enterprise are Woonstaete, Pro Vastgoedontwikkeling, WS Vastgoed and WBS Real Estate.
In his spare time Pieter loves boating, winter sports and high intensity classes. Furthermore, you can regularly find him on one of Amsterdam's terraces in the sun with friends and family.
