Patrick studied Bouwkunde (organization) at the Hogeschool Arnhem-Nijmegen, then Business Administration with public housing at the Hogeschool van Amsterdam and the SOM course for Broker & Appraiser at the Hogeschool Saxion in Deventer. After his studies, Patrick started working as an area and property developer at Nijhuis Bouw in Apeldoorn. He then went to work as development manager at BEMOG projectontwikkeling in Zwolle, where he took care of many housing projects and office developments. He then had the opportunity to lead Ter Steege Vastgoed Apeldoorn as branch director.
In 2015, he launched his own company, OverGelder Real Estate Development and Development Management. From here, he develops housing projects for his own account and risk and has performed interim and consultancy work for housing associations, developing builders and property developers. Since 2017, Patrick has been working closely with Woonstaete. In 2023, the cooperation was incorporated into the joint company Pro Vastgoedontwikkeling. From Pro Vastgoedontwikkeling , Patrick performs development management work for Woonstaete, OverGelder, Maker and third parties and provides real estate consulting services through WBS Real Estate.
Patrick is active in his free time with RPM, high intensity classes and running and enjoys spending time with his family, museums and art.
