Two Residential Villas Warmenhuizen
Warmenhuizen is a village in the municipality of Schagen, in the province of North Holland. The regional nickname is Warmetuut. Many commuters came to live in the originally agricultural village after 1970. Warmenhuizen was an independent municipality until 1990, then it was part of the municipality of Harenkarspel. That was joined with Zijpe in 2013 to the municipality of Schagen. The village has over 6,000 inhabitants.
