Woonstaete residential villa Heerlen

From his company Overgelder Vastgoedontwikkeling, Patrick Hafkamp (left) had been involved in Woonstaete's projects as delegated developer for many years. Since the always pleasant cooperation and close involvement pleased both parties, it was decided - as can be seen in the photo below - to transfer all activities to the new company: Pro Vastgoedontwikkeling. Pro Vastgoedontwikkeling works as delegated developer for Woonstaete as well as for any other development issues in the market. Together @Patrick and @Pieter (right) are looking forward to building a beautiful, new and fresh organization in real estate development.

Pro Vastgoedontwikkeling is a new company, but based on over 25 years of experience in area development, property development and transforming buildings to other uses. We have learned to distinguish ourselves by building with prefabricated (steel) elements and by working from passion, creativity and commitment.

Not only the blue sky and sunshine in the photo below make us feel positive, but especially the progress of this construction project put a big smile on our faces! Indeed, in the center of Brummen is working hard on the very first Woonvilla Studio variant.
